A request to all those who drive or ride. Please understand that you have to look after yourself and your family and also the fellow drivers and riders. Atleast try to follow signals and avoid honking even if a person wants to follow the signal. I am experiencing it every day in bengaluru especially in the outer ring road where the traffic will be heavy during the peak hours. I dont understand how one can live without caring for the fellow human being. If a person can't care for his fellow human being then how come he can be a good lover or a husband or a wife or a parent? When you can't even tolerate another person following the rules how are you going to teach your kids to follow the rules.
In foreign nations people adhere to signals very strictly. Infact very very strictly. Even though the road is empty and there is no pedestrian crossing the road they wont violate the signal if it is red. Here even though the signal is red and the traffic is moving in another direction people are not caring to stop. I don't know why. What urgent matter are they going to do? If anything happens who is going to help them or their family? Also these guys never use the indicator. If there is a right turn without indicating the vehicles at the back they just go ahead and turn. Don't they know what it might cause.
As per the saying "Unless people change no country can grow", India is still a developing nation because of the mentality like this. This is just a sample and my frustration towards the attitude. There are lots more like this to say.
