A New Year celebration is as huge as anyother celebration for us. The only difference is unlike diwali or pongal we dont get new dresses for new year. But we like to be happy on the new year eve and also on the New Year day. Its all the old sentiment if u are happy on the first day of the year u will be happy throughout the year. Last New Year we had a grand gala new year celebrations in Oracle. It was fantastic. But now in IBM no such celebrations. Not even a gift to the employees!!!!. So this new year we celebrated it in home infront of the bigger and smaller idoit boxes(TV and laptop, as my friend says).
In the electronic world, sent eGreetings to all my friends and colleagues. But then I had a feeling that people reciprocate when you wish them. Most of them dont wish on the first hand. But upon seeing our greeting they wish back. Is this the benefit of getting a small world.
